Interesting chart crarg,

I remember from about 1998 that everything seemed to accelerate, probably also on the back of real estate jumping and increases in debt.

I deal with a lot of small business in Sydney and they are all saying the last two months have just crashed, whereas things were pretty good before that.

I am surprised how sentiment and confidence have turned down so quickly. As someone has posted here, probably a good thing that people are now being more careful with their money and not wasting it on retail rubbish.

I am still positive on the share market, but in high cash atm.
