i think HotCopper abounds with sales people trying to sell their product (stocks in their portfolio) you can use many names as they vary greatly -
Amway, used-car, new-car, real estate, $2 shop, auction house, market stall, taxi driver, garage sale, estate sale, 50% off storewide, the next "big thing", life changin opportunities etc etc etc.
But they will all ensure you that they have the greatest knowledge of their product looking forward even if this only comes courtesy of what they once heard from a previous sales person or their wandering imagination - i reckon Amway would lead the pack probably with the "life changing opportunity" as the key sales pitch.
