I first suggested that I would hold a $1 party IF PRR reached $1 by christmas this year. The SPP was certainly not a setback, in fact, it was exactly the opposite!!!
Being fully cashed up before Nasdaq listing was not only a neccesity financially, but will entice American investors to jump onboard, safe in the knowledge there will be no further raisings or dilution before PH III results are due.
I am still very confident I will be hosting that party...and have been stocking the cellar accordingly :)
Next week will be a ripper IMO...
