    Well that appears to be what is about to happen. If that is the case, what will the sp be? Has anyone estimated what the sp should be at fair value, with a solid JV?

    Details will be in the JV. I hope it is a good one, that rewards holders for waiting patiently these past 24 months.

    If you are just coming into this stock, you are probably about to pick up a huge bargain, imho.
