texas is booming

Texas oil/gas exploration is going through an unprecedented 'BOOM Time'. Fraccing is now accepted in 9 States, with more States getting ready to follow.
There is every reason to expect significantly increased volume/flow rates from ALL OPERATIONS in NCR and ECV....RUMOURS ABOUND IN THE UK, ALSO, that the TEXAS frac is going better than expected, but 'chinese' whispers can be just that...a rumour with no validity....but the markets will tell us if something is brewing? A sudden steady rise in sp may be imminent NEWS of positive UPGRADING.
