    VPE announcement just in confirms my suspicions all along. It took a very long time to complete that final stage and casing the lower half didn't indicate a dry well. Additional cost would have prevented this much effort if no confidence. Let's hope they do infact go straight into a testing phase and release some Hydrocarbon results.
