You know chaps, there are many opinions being pushed around. The most popular two are imminent takeover and Nasdaq listing being pulled out.
I could be totally wrong...
* Looking at the positive side. Isn't it that the SP of the company who is being taken over goes up. At least close to its actual value. PRR today is very undervalued ....so SP will jump in many percent of tens or go more than twice the value now. What PRR share holders deserve.
* And as long as the company is not going to be absorb and integraded by the company who will be buying it, we will still have our fair share in PRR.
* As far as Nasdaq listing, there is no announcement to indicate that it is being pulled out. I don't see either the point in including it to the last news letter. The last news letter as far as I can see only refers to actual business at hand that PRR is heading to, which PRR can control. Nasdaq listing is not under PRR direct control. All is done to have it listed. It will be up to the Nasdaq officials now.


* All we could do is wait and be patient.
* Lets sit back and enjoy the SP going north from today.
