I totally agree. How can this head higher? Uncertainty is it's biggest problem and like you said a director selling in a downtrend is bad news!
Intelligent investor have been wrong so many times it's not funny. Not too long ago someone on this forum commented (fact) that their sell recommendations had gone up more than their buys.
