Everyone keeps saying the performance rights are conditional on the share price getting to $1. that is not the case. If they do a bad deal and the share price doesn't move, or even goes backwards they still get the shares. It's one of 3 vesting events. So 2 million shares times say 50cts is still $1 million into the CEO and Chairmans pockets. clearly no allignment to shareholders who have stumped up cash for our shares.

I'm voting no on this ground alone.
