Industrial Galvanizers certainly standardise their plants. The Philippine, Indonesian and Malaysian plants all have a standard size of 12.5m long, 1.8m wide and 2.6m deep. The Vietnam tank is only 10.4 m long but the other dimensions are the same.
Now we will never know how much of the 2.6m deep they fill but if only 2 m deep it gives gives 45 cubic metres per tank. The Indonesian tank, at 2 metres deep would hold 18.72 cubic metres of SPL. A total of 153.72 cubic metres. Converted it amounts to only 153,720 litres storage but how often do they presently empty their baths to refresh the acid? That is the real question to calculate how much SPL would be treated each year IF Intec's process was put to work.
Thus throughput at each plant in different countries is impossible to calculate but it is certainly impressive.
