I believe the major issue comes when disputed facts are involved in LYC forums. Disputed facts and information that cannot be verified until an event occurs in the foreseeable future.

As a result you'll usually see mud slinging whilst one dismisses any form of disputed facts or compelling arguments from another just because they are in disagreement with conflicting information they believe to be true. Further they are unable to accept that there are currently pieces of information that are in dispute and neither can be verified to be true, only assumed to be true.

e.g. the timeframe of delay (3months from NC compared to brokers who believe its more along the lines of 6months + (this is ignoring the insane timeframes some media outlets have stated) NC will obviously try to put some spin and give shareholders confidence in this matter (e.g. NDO today). Others try to take a more objective believe based on what needs to be done and what timeline progression lyc is in on milestone progress.) Just because one person believes NC and think that the delay is only 3 months doesnt make it as correct as another believing there will be a 6 month delay. ATM no one can tell, its all speculation and hope... the reason why lyc is trading at a discount due to the risk involved.

Another eg: Julia sad to say actually has many compelling arguments regarding LYC and delays in another thread. While i do not completely agree with her (esp conclusion of sp), i can honestly see some of her arguments being quite compelling. She maybe bearish on the stock but at least she can articulate her points where as many that criticize her just stipulate that many previous pieces of information have refuted her arguments or push character attacks... Unfortunately many pieces of information that i've read on this forum are disputable whether its positive or negative.

Ppl just need to remember that there are many ways to interpret information. Its not hard but i can also see how people do not want to concede their positions and decisions due to fear or ramps or whatever as the skin they have in lyc whether it be long or short is absolutely real. That's fine but just cannot accept there are so many people on this forum participating in character attacks specifically or in general...
