yes ... but any farang who buys a house (the land) in Thailand, is a fool.

Buy a apartment/Condo for sure, but not a house .. many farangs do the house thing .. many put it in the Thai wifes name ... only to kiss the property goodbye once there is enough cash in it for the Thai ..

Thais are on a different wave length, people from from the west don't understand it.. they think they understand it .. but it takes many years to understand some of it and not by hanging in the Pattaya/Nana/Phuket shit hole scene .. that is for losers.. period.

Thailand keep and always will change the goal posts .. they are very nationalistic and you will always be the 'farang' .. which in itself is a racist comment .. and they like the rest of Asia are racist ... they are not suckers like Australians are treated by our government ..
