Just think of the significance of Lynas. Lynas announces a three month delays and immediately Molycorp goes up 7%. Judge for yourself.This is the largest REE company outside China. Even if China does not raise the restriction of the export quota for the second 1/2 of 2011. REE will be in short supply for the next 2-3 years based on the companies in production and Japan and the worlds insatiable appetite for REE in the Hybrid car market and PCs.
