    re: no conviction in australia I've served on 3 juries, all as foreman. The crux of this case is 'possession' and in Australia this is most important. Receiving a piece of luggage at an airport will not guarantee a conviction in Australia. The prosecution would have to prove the security of that piece during its journey; that would be difficult because of the many instances of lack of security in airports. Schapelle did not get an opportunity to possess her luggage, only to identify it. She identified an unopened boogie bag. What happened after that? Please tell me.
