    Hi BagLimit,

Indeed Rocksource has jumped from about 3.10 => 3.62 (from 29/06/2011). However, this is NOT solely due to Kora:

    1. June 16th: NORVARG UPDATE (PL 535) Rocksource announce gas discovery in Norvag prospect in Barents Sea. Awaiting confirmation of commerciality (or otherwise).

    2. June 28th: SPUD OF THE BREIFLABB PROSPECT IN PL 416 in North Sea

    3. ROCKSOURCE DIVESTS ITS US ONSHORE OIL PRODUCING ASSETS

    4. June 28th: ROCKSOURCE ANNOUNCE KORA-1 WELL SPUD

Clearly, Rocksource has several irons in deep sea exploration. NBL is a more mature company and at US $ 90/share, it not as sensitive to each individual exploratory event - has remained in US$85-95 throughout 2011, despite reporting oil Santiago discovery in Gulf of Mexico.

Suspect FAR, being a minor partner, and largely reliant on Kora will languish until we get some positive news, that is, unless some global financial disaster precedes any Kora announcement.

In other words, I feel more comfortable seeing JV partners moving ahead rather than dropping like a "boulder". So we have to remain patient and hope our deepwater JV expert substantiate the enormous investment into this drill.

Again, good luck and be patient,

    MS
