Franked at 10 or 15%, ???
Less then a SP drop of $1??
If return is the aim, then there are lots of other stocks offering similar returns, but with higher franking %.
At 9% I do not expect to lose capital. 6.51% is easy from a bank.
A capital increase from QBE + dividends is the question.
