The TGA shut down Pan pharmacies and recalled they products from the market. It was a hasty reaction from the government..... The major shareholder sued the commonwealth and got $50m.... Few months ago shareholders and others won a class action of few hundred million also... It's not a matter of right or wrong it's the nature of the reaction....

Cattle farmers will get compensation and so should CXY shareholders... Just need management to get the right legal team if it goes to court....

One of Pan drugs (Travel Calm?) had people jumping off buildings because of wrong ingredients dosage in tablets... A bit of Benzene in bore water is nothing in comparison... At the end of the day it's a matter of interpretation.... and public servants have a blemished record in such skill.
