Agree with RM, this is one of the best threads I have read for quite a while. Lots of interesting scenarios and insights - most of which are very plausible. Nothing really to add to all the great posts here already.

At least we have a more tangible target now. 10-15 days is a fair bit more specific than 'soon', 'shortly' and 'imminently'. Although Gus is still hedging - saying 'should' rather than 'will'. But I guess he has learnt in recent months that anything can happen to upset 'the best laid plans of mice and men...' so the caution is understandable.

Given that we have variously been waiting patiently and impatiently since April for the big one (the DFS), only another 10-15 days makes it very 'imminent' in my book.

And the good thing is, it may well coincide with a U price turnaround (thanks Timoh!), easing softness on international markets and another big one (PERMIT TO MINE) which is also surely due in that time frame.

July = good news month for sure!
