traps for players,, heading should be...heading into a bear trap... the bears were trapped a couple of years ago....they are still trying to get out of the trap they fell into... others have sneaked away, climbed out of the trap, and silently enjoying life...whether renting or buying... the past 2-3 years have possibly been the best time to buy in ages... prices have slowed in some areas, did not continue rising at 30%, interest rates were low to average....and so far they have kept their jobs but they should be worried with the current govnut wrecking havoc, with turmoil every where you turn... unless this govt is thrown out soon...there will be a real crisis...and the armegeddon will begin.. the confidence will only return with a new conservative govnut... how are the asians faring, with no watchdog on their purchases... have the kiwi's and japanese started to flood our markets...make inroads to a non earthquake zone, for safety... have you seen any flying pigs lately ? how is the stock market going....any 11 year olds out there still trading...
