    I agree. While negotiating why would you show anyone value of the goods you are sitting on.

    Like buying a block of land, knowing the local Council is about to sign-off on a rezoning and advising the vendor of the fact when about to sign the contract!!

    Be patient those of little faith and you may do very nicely.
