Last Hy this company was generating 2.5m OCF, with 5m cash.
At 30.5 cents this is valued at about 45m
At 45 cents this is valued at about 67m
If managagement can prove the 5m yearly cash flow (and cash balances) are stable and possibly increasing... then a 75m valuation is high but not unreasonable.
All comes down to the growth of revenue and margins also the perceived impregnability of the business model...
I wouldn't expect to see it for another 2 years, but it is possible.
In the short terms I would actually prefer to see a mid 20's price so i can top up more...
