Thanks jj as I have spent the last 2 years from London keeping a close eye on Hampton and sandringham from London as they are the areas my wife wants to live when returning to Melbourne. What I have seen over web research and discussed with agents over phone is that the back end of last year started a softening of prices and anything above 1m is struggling to sell now!
