Um OK - it is not much of an issue because as others have pointed out we were already aware of this potential dispute and have been told that their is likely limited exposure to damages even if they lose. The potential loss surrounding these damages is pretty insignificant in comparison to the potential Crux deal which would contribute about $3B in long-term value. I thought that would have been obvious.
I have to admit I am very suspect of your motives as you are blowing something (we already were aware of) way out of proportion.
