Headline in today's Oz quotes CBA boss Ralph Norris as being pretty annoyed with over-regulation from Green/labour govt. He says it will cost over 100m/yr to impliment and total cost will be at least 500m. Despite the eye-watering costs Norris notes: ''One really has to ask whether all these changes meet any reasonable social benefit-cost analysis.''
I can't see banks doing well over next 2 years. The divs are high but so is the risk. Better value elsewhere imo.
