This company is just crying for someone to roll their sleeves up, carve up and sell everything outside of rural services, and turn unprofitable aspects into ones that make money. Every other decent rural services company is making money. I'd even welcome private equity at the moment. All the PA's can be bought up on the cheap at the moment before any acquisitions are announced.
