That 20% is the biggest hand brake on the SP. Unless the spot shoots up to pre-gfc level, they will gets lost of off takers/predators taking one look and walking away because they know CJ et al can never be serious partners to fund their share of the Capex. Previous management would back up my suspiscion I think. In a scenario of a take over, how would you value the offer? Make an offer from their internal valuation and chop 20% off? This project will NOT GET OFF the ground unless management tackles the 20% free loading. The only mining at the moment is shareholders wealth after the previous SPP.
