Vote your Chairman out of his position at the next AGM.
He was Chairman (and assumed executive roles) during the dark days - his mandate was oversight of the Board and they ran amok. Its a case of "join the dots" why do NXS continue to stumble from one drama to the next and fail to communicate appropriately. IMO it would be appropriate for the company to release the quantified statement of claim and their statement that they will fight it - without it we are all guessing at the potential damage and the market is uninformed.
