I'll have to defer to the TA experts in regard to the impact on charts related to company announcements.

From a FA perspective, you are right to assume that the "biggest impact" on market cap/share price is anything earnings related.

The holy grail would be have to be FDA approval of Cvac, as this is the precursor to global commercial sales. That would be (hopefully) followed by confirmation of Medicare reimbursement. All that is still 2-3 years off though.

Along the way, as each clinical trial milestone is reached and announced, the market will presumably re-rate the stock upwards, as the inherent risk of reaching commercial sales is reduced. Phase IIb interim data, Commencement of Phase III patient enrollment etc, etc.

Any additional "Pilot sales" announcements like Dubai will add to this process.

More immediate will be the Nasdaq listing announcement. Many here believe (including me) there will be a small spike as soon as it is announced, but his could be factored in on the "buy the rumour, sell the fact" mentality of a nervous market. The real acid test will come 10 days later, when we see how the US market takes up the stock there.

The way I look at it, before the company has a substantial income stream, the "risk factors" are like a big anchor on the market cap. Each positive announcement takes a chunk of weight off that anchor. The more "earnings significant" the bigger that chunk.
