I worked for Siemens for 4 years and apart from throwing the best Christmas parties in the history of the World they mean what they say.

If they say something its one thing
If they put it in writing its as good as it gets
The Germans and Siemens will not renege and when they do something they do it right - think Mercedes and BMW - their sky trains and mag lev trains are the best in the World and securing future contracts for magnets is proper sound business.

Your hidden agenda for continual down ramping of LYC is no longer hidden and so I think its possibly reverse psychology you maybe trying to attempt. Say the negative to make the positive.
However, given the players in the LYC game (Japan, Australia, Germany, Malaysia (Banks and Governments) and others yet to be disclosed) and the GREEN aspect out weighing the radiation aspect I fail to see how LYC et al can fail.

It is simply illogical given the facts.
