I was reading an article the other day from the Australian Version of the Daily Reckoning by Dan Denning called " The winter of Misdirection" on the 4th July. Looks like he is saying that Shale Gas in Australia is going to be the next big boom.
I don't subscribe to his newsletter but when he mentions the Cooper Basin, there is probably only one stock he would be referring to that is ready to ride the wave of Shale Gas in Australia.
If you think Oil Prices are heading higher in the long term because of population growth and growth of Chinese and Indian economies and instability in the Middle East.
Then I reckon Shale gas and BPT are the place to be and once they confirm the reserve/ flow rates (viability of the shale gas) and supplier agreements there should start to be some substantial movement in the stock.
Obviously this is just my opinion
