It's totally a management issue - they don't get that clients actually pay the bills and generate profit! When you deal with SMB clients and you want to grow your business in that space you have to understand BS and lip service doesn't work because you are actually dealing with the owner of the business not some corporate climber that doesn't have to be acountable for dumb decisions.
I don't see a short term future given the feed back I constantly get from my old clients.
