here is what happens next.....

1/ Cougar finalises the deals with the Chinese making the company more financially secure.

2/ Cougar takes the Q'land Govt to court with a multi million dollar lawsuit for the travisty of justice they have caused by stopping operations in Kingaroy.

3/ Cougars success in China and the payout received from winning the court case against the Q'land Govt propels the shareprice to 50C making the loyal Cougar shareholders millionaires......

There is no doubt in my mind thnat Len and Cougar are preparing a watertight case against the Govt, no doubt at all, its just a matter of timing.
