I share your disdain for these sorts of contrived johnnie-come-lately-save-the-orange-bellied three-legged-whatever evangelists and from your comments on local mining issues posted on the FNT forum it sounds like you've seen it all. But in KEN's case it's hardly an open-cut mine or pulp mill we're talking about but part of the save-the-environment package hopefully now being championed by the Greens with the balance of power in BOTH the Fed and Tassie Govts. I'm also detecting the birth of an almost religious media fervour building around geothermal in the last few weeks. One might rightly ask where they have been. But at least we're now looking to finally catch a wave back. Still a long way to go IMO before the SP gets anywhere back near fair value for the serious potential of this significant Tassie resource.
