Assuming that the funding arrangement is the same for EDM,
there is no mention of the attaching free oppies for the draw down.
Also the SP for the 7 previous days was 0.5c, so at 90%, the drawn down shares issue would have been 0.45c, not 0.4c.
As such, the 378m shares placement should not be part of the $25m funding facility but in addition to that.
