mmx is our house and we love it.
we have some inspections now but until someone put in an offer we don't know what price we can get.
no offer yet.
everything in midwest may eventually go ahead. but things may go ahead without mmx.
the new ceo has said the only way out is for sale. hope he can get a good deal for us.
still hate the damage mits did to mmx plus the stupidity of the former mmx management.
hope to see a deal done sooner.
