If you are Australian and you have bagged this company & managements efforts, then YOU should be ASHAMED of your selves.

What a load of rubbish, blame everyone, everything, except management. Any fool can see that if a company keeps hitting the market for capital raisings without concrete results to show, funding will eventually dry up, guaranteed. Just how long could you reasonably expect the charade to continue? Finally, and hopefully not too late I might add, management seems to acknowledge this, resulting in a tightening focus. Boonen has a history in the UK markets, which could be a serious issue in terms of raising funding there, perhaps the US would have been more appropriate.

When, exactly, is the pharma plant going to start producing cash? 15 months on and still no certainty on when this will happen, we don't even have an approximate time frame now. This is the big one, the one that should stem the cash burn, why isn't it top priority? To me it seems management are out of there depth, they had no idea what was involved getting things up and running, and now they're having to face the music. The pharma plant was ready for commercial production back in January, six months on and nothing? We now have to wait on funding?? Why wasn't this disclosed back in January?

$10-$15m funding imminent for Telemedcare, now it's being sold for $1.7m? Give me a break, this calls into question all the previous funding announcements concerning Telemedcare. Cost $2.4m as disclosed in recent ann, maintenance costs at minimum $1.2m (operating loss), perhaps as high as $2.4m+. So $3.6m, now sold for $1.7m, and you're blaming shareholders and day traders for SP performance????? Can management do no wrong, is it always somebody elses fault?

It was too easy to pick apart the recent announcement, I wasn't going to pipe up at all as people could work it out for themselves, but then people persist with posts like this.. Also I noted a comment that the company shell is worth more than current valuation. Consider BRO, MC $1.1m. If you're looking for a shell company, I think that's where you would be looking.

Stirling "Your wellbeing is our priority".

Perhaps more focus on the wellbeing of shareholders is in order..
