nearly everyone that i have met, and perhaps all of them, is on a path of their own making, whether they believe it or not.
a path to misery or a path to non-misery, and often back and forth.
you can believe that what you do (however you choose to frame that) has no consequences.

the physical body (what you believe is you) is going to be recycled.
if you choose to cutivate a belief that that is what you are, then that is your choice.
all beliefs have consequences that match them accordingly.

since you know for sure that there is no continuation of any from of consciousness or being after physical death, what is the point in any further discussion?
have you put a lot of appropriate effort in ascertaining these facts for yourself?
