    I think Sino has had pseudo buyers in for sometime(DB&JP). The more shares they can take out of circulation the better and the higher price($3.25) they can pay for the remaining, keeping the top 10 holders happy. (OMHO)
    Being an unlistED company lets them get away with a lot more market fandangling than most.
