so algore pays himself for his carbon-dioxide emissions that he calculates himself...
Sounds pretty much like you put 5 cents in your own piggy bank for every bad word you say and then spend it all later when it has accumulated.
Of course this "advanced form of the carbon-dioxide scam" will hardly be allowed for the plebs, only for the new "carbon" royalty like algore and a few of his cronies...
