JTANG, I didn't say that 200m for 20% of the company was a lowball offer. I said that $200m for the ENTIRE company was a lowball offer. Correct me if I'm wrong, but you were suggesting in your earlier post that an interested partner should just takeover PLV for $200m weren't you??

I agree that GRR is also a very good company. I'm not a shareholder in GRR, but I believe they have some very good assets and projects. However,
I don not agree that if PLV secured $500 million if funding from the JV partner that the market cap would be $650m. You've assumed that the market cap would just be equal to the current market cap plus the 500m. Don't you think the share price (and therefore also the market cap) will rocket if PLV secures funding? Also, I'm not sure I follow your logic about why GRR is better value than PLV either. I'm keen to understand your point of view though.
