As I posted previously, i believe the SEC was taking around two weeks to act on the answers PRR were sending back in regards questions asked (BY SEC). If a requirement by the SEC was for the SPP to be completed (and I believe it was) and the SPP was finalised on the 1/7/11 we can add about 2 weeks for the SEC to get back to PRR.
IF, and this is a a big IF, the SPP was the final hurdle to be jumped and the time frames for replies are still the same as when i spoke to the company (PRR) the smart money would be on this Friday or next Monday.
Who knows, the SEC still may have a few small things they need cleaning up - and as I said, each set of new questions/requirement adds approx 2 weeks AFTER PRR get back to them.
