Look at the management of PXS and where they have come from and what some of them achieved with Memtec.
Gary Phillips in charge of commercial was CEO at Novartis Australia. You don't leave a safe position like that paying big bucks for a small cap unless you truly believe in the products and potential.
I will back these guys any day.
