Jeez you bears love flogging a dead horse. That is a crap statement. Land will NEVER be dirt cheap while infrastructure costs have to be paid for, and don't forget the government/councils grubby little fingers. Secondly while Australia has lots of land we cannot build on every square inch of it as we need food growing areas, as it is our cities have consumed some of the best food growing areas already. If you want really cheap land I suggest you move to the Simpson desert - you won't find any cheaper land that that! But alas that wouldn't be good enough since most of you already don't like the outer suburbs!
