Well we are coming up to mid July so not long to go before we get the IE report.
I am disappointed we did not get a trading update from the company at June 30. Hopefully we get an update of how things are going prior to the vote.
It will be interesting to see if in the IE report they will suggest a price range that would be fair and reasonable, and if we get an updated offer from Shen at that time.
Either way, I am still voting NO and tapdancer and Co are voting NO and I believe McNiell would be stupid to vote yes and they will also vote NO so the only way Shen will get this deal done is to up his price.
Amazing that we are trading at a 15% discount to the offer price.
