For a purely shale gas evaluation at the current share price of 14.5c/share, or market cap of ~52 million, and a net acreage to ADE of 122,000 acres puts a current value / acre of only
426$/acre, which is lower than the lowest estimate on their chart, so if this land comes in around the 5000k/acre, you can easily see a 10:1.
you would have to think that ADE is a takeover target at this value??
as opposed to beach being worth roughly 1.05 billion on the ~350,000 net acres working out to 3000/acre? (or ~ 2000/acre including 40% of 855)
