    They sell shelf companies .... Yes I saw that.

    So IMO if that is the case .... I would imagine the paperwork has not gone through yet and we won't know who the actual owners are until the sale paperwork for the shelf company goes through.

    So someone has put the deal into this shelf company ...... and then they are on selling the deal to Monitor.

    I wonder who it will be?
