re: Ann: Fully Underwritten Renounceable Righ... Typical that the Gandel statement makes a petulant comment about the abandoned 'spin-off' to Adobha Resources without any mention of Heemskirk - which was the main issue of contention with shareholders.
I guess most shareholders don't really care too much about early-stage Eritrean exploration given the lack of progress on GIP's main asset, Abu Dabbab.
So one way or the other, more control is to end up in the hands of Mr Gandel!
