Its not that i dont like property...its just that it is still overpriced...look at the yields. Btw i wouldnt be too smug about our system.Due to cost cutting banks have relied heavily on Mortgage Brokers who are unregulated and only derive income when the borrower gets set. I know for a fact F A C T people have been loaned money they cannot afford to pay back. How widespread this is we will see over the next 12-36 months. Granted the banks are in better shape than the early nineties but what about mortgage insurers and the S'funds that have bought the loans???
