Pintohoo/Kalimaya,
we are going for a fixed ratio equity deal for CRE so it does not matter to us what our share price is but it does matter to CRE holders before they make the decision, now If they have a good news, wouldnt it be good to annouce it before takeover date so that cre holders would be excited to take the offer?
We have paid peanuts for TI compared to what we are paying for CRE, so dont you think we should have a realistic expectation relative to price paid.
what do you guys think?
