The house I'm living in is up for sale. We got a call from an agent yesterday asking if she had the correct address, she had seen the house was for sale and asked if she could help us with our next purchase. Talk about desperate for a sale, looking at houses listed with other agents, searching for a phone number to match the address and cold calling them in the hope of contacting a potential buyer. The first time I walked into an agents office to buy a house I got told "we've got nothing you could afford" before I got 2 steps in the door. How the times have changed.
